Inspect diet trays to assure accuracy, portion control, appealing layout, etc., and evaluate kitchen and dietary area, etc. for upkeep, supply control, cleanliness and safety. Assist in developing methods to determine quality and quantity of food served.

Long term rehab patients should be separate from others, terminal patients should be separated and patients with severe dementia should be separated and contained. Instead they roam the hallways freely running down people with wheelchairs. I think long term care facilities are all designed wrong. Medicare needs to overhaul it's requirements to provide long term care with privacy and dignity in these places.

I am so grateful for how well they took care of my great grandmother during her stay with them.
